The lab provides practical exposure to key areas of artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning hereby enhancing theoretical learning with hands on experience. Students engaged with real world data sets develop intelligent systems and apply machine learning techniques using modern programming languages and tools such as Python, R, Tensor Flow, PyTorch etc.

The lab focuses on developing students’ understanding of geometrical constructions, orthographic and isometric projections and the design of simple to complex solids. Students practice the conversion of 2D drawings into 3D models, sectioning of solids and development of surfaces. The main objective of the lab is to groom students in communication skills mainly listening and speaking skills. The students are given training for the job interviews, presentations, public speaking and vocabulary practice during intensive lab sessions.
